Planning a styled wedding shoot within two weeks? I had never thought this was even possible. But we made it happen, with the help from all the wonderful vendors in the St. Louis area! And let me just say, this inspired Third Degree Glass Factory wedding was nothing but perfection!
When The Third Degree Glass Factory agreed to host the shoot less than two weeks prior to our scheduled date, I was beyond thrilled because all of the other venues were either unavailable or didn’t respond as promptly as we had hoped. With all the hard work by Stacy of Stacy’s Confectionery Stations and Deva of The Lace Cake, everything fell in place. As it turned out, The Third Degree Glass Factory couldn’t have been a more better place for it!
I was designing a new brand identity and a website for Stacy’s candy buffet business. (For those who don’t know, my new creative adventure, Hustle Like A Boss DESIGN, provides fresh, compelling, and effective branding and web design services for creative entrepreneurs.) She would like to start offering donut walls as well. And she wanted to appeal to a higher-end clientele. We came to the conclusion that her old business entity, Candy Buffet STL, no longer reflected what she had to offer. So we changed it to Stacy’s Confectionery Stations. And in order to showcase her custom designed candy buffets and donut walls, we decided it was best to do a photo shoot and produce professional images for her to use on her new website.
So we started to brainstorm ideas and reach out to vendors. Everyone was excited about it and eager to help. Stacy even managed to find a couple who got married at Third Degree Glass Factory seven years ago and were willing to model for us! Which made this photo shoot all the more special.
Candy jars full of all kinds of sweet goodies, a marble and sugar glass cake with offset tiers, a couple revisiting their wedding day, and all the gorgeous artwork at the glass factory: everything complemented one another so perfectly. And I couldn’t be happier with this the results!
Many thanks to all the vendors who have came together and made this inspired Third Degree Glass Factory wedding shoot a stunning success!
